The work covers installation <br />of Queue Warning Systems including CCTV cameras, Microwave Vehicle Detection Systems, Dynamic Message <br />Signs, fiber optic cable, Wrong-Way Vehicle Detection Systems, and ancillary ITS devices across Turnpike facilities, <br />demonstrating construction inspection capability. <br />Location: Broward, Palm Beach, Osceola, Orange, and Sumter Counties, FL. He coordinated <br />data collection efforts, identified equipment setup locations, carried out equipment installation and breakdown, <br />performed remote monitoring, and processed and furnished collected pedestrian and bicycle data over a multi- <br />week period. <br />Location: Broward, Palm Beach, and Indian River Counties, FL. The work performs an infrastructure mobility and connectivity assessment, analyzes and expands prior <br />planning to identify needed bicycle and pedestrian facilities and universally accessible crosswalks, and develops <br />transit stations and TOD facilities incorporating emerging technologies to improve connectivity to key regional <br />destinations. <br />Location: Miami-Dade County, FL. Reference: Maria Rivas, PE, maria.rivas@aecom.com. <br />Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (MDC-DTPW), NW 17th Ave Bridge <br />over the Miami River Data Collection <br />As Data Collection Lead, Jeremy led traffic data collection for a Project Development and Environment study for the <br />rehabilitation of the NW 17th Avenue Bridge over the Miami River. The data collection included turning movement <br />counts, classification volume counts, videos, peak-hour drone videos at the bridge closure, pedestrian and bicycle <br />data, origin-destination data, spot speed data, and queueing data at various locations, supporting a coastal bridge <br />study near the CSIB service area. <br />Location: Miami, FL. He performed data collection including traffic counts, vehicular and pedestrian <br />turning movement counts, pedestrian counts, and group size and vehicle gap measurements, supporting a <br />municipal pedestrian safety study. <br />Location: Coral Gables, FL.
