<br />Christopher brings significant Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI)
<br />experience on roadway and bridge projects, serving as Senior Project Engineer
<br />with extensive background in progressive roadway and asphalt construction.
<br />He has managed the inspection staff of numerous roadway and utility
<br />projects, overseen Maintenance of Traffic setup for conformance to approved
<br />plans, prepared as-built drawings, led permitting, and reviewed shop
<br />drawings, cost estimates, punch-lists, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention
<br />Plans. He has delivered CEI management services to DOTs, municipalities,
<br />and government agencies throughout Florida, with projects spanning
<br />roadway, bridges, signalization, drainage, and stormwater management.

<br />Agency Program projects, including AWS and FRCP grants under the FDEP

<br />Christopher serves as Senior Project Engineer providing CEI management
<br />for bike lane and lighting improvements from east of Parkside Drive to S.R.
<br />7/U.S. 441, funded by the Broward MPO Transportation Surtax. The project
<br />constructs new bicycle lanes, installs a street lighting system, adds signing
<br />and pavement markings and landscaping, builds a roundabout, and includes
<br />milling, resurfacing, and sidewalk and ADA improvements. He manages all
<br />coordination with HOAs, businesses, and residents, and maintains county,
<br />city, and FDOT communication throughout this high-visibility effort.

<br />City of Delray Beach CEI Continuing Services Contract
<br />Christopher serves as Senior Project Engineer and CEI Manager for this
<br />continuing services contract, overseeing all CEI budgets per task including
<br />estimating, monitoring, forecasting, and approving expenditures. He manages
<br />CEI personnel and discipline mix and supervises task leads, inspectors,
<br />QA/QC staff, and schedulers from preconstruction through final closeout.
<br />He enforces NPDES and SWPPP compliance through site inspections and
<br />reporting, ensures MOT adherence, leads public outreach with neighborhoods
<br />and City communications, and delivers all closeout deliverables.
