<br />Christopher serves as Senior Project Engineer for this Local Agency Program project featuring designer poles for
<br />improved lighting aesthetics, widening of concrete sidewalks from 6 feet to 12 feet for pedestrians and bicyclists,
<br />and drainage upgrades including 30-inch and 18-inch French drains with supplemental manhole structures. The
<br />work includes milling and resurfacing, steel guide rails, and full-width detectable surfaces for ADA compliance.
<br />He provides daily reports, photo documentation, MOT and SWPPP checks, and biweekly meetings in adherence to
<br />FDOT and ADA standards.

<br />As Senior Project Engineer, Christopher oversaw this LAP-funded project across multiple Doral locations involving
<br />sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutter, storm sewer manholes, French drains, sub-base and base restoration,
<br />pavement restoration, and pavement markings. He conducted biweekly progress meetings, managed invoices,
<br />assisted the City with state funding packages for reimbursement, obtained permits from local agencies, and
<br />handled all closeout documentation including a comprehensive punch list. A dedicated specialist ensured
<br />accurate data entry for timely reimbursement of allocated federal funds.

<br />Christopher served as Senior Project Engineer for the removal of the existing bridge and replacement with an
<br />8-foot by 12-foot box culvert, along with full reconstruction of Wabasso Drive from Aspen Road to Oswego Avenue
<br />including two 10-foot travel lanes, a 4-foot sidewalk, and grass swales. He oversaw drainage system enhancements
<br />to improve water management and prevent flooding, as well as asphalt paving, pavement markings, pedestrian
<br />mobility improvements, and landscape upgrades.

<br />As Senior Project Engineer, Christopher leads a multi-task CEI program from preconstruction through final
<br />closeout, managing CEI budgets, cost forecasting, expenditure validation, and change and invoice processing for
<br />each task. He assigns and supervises CEI personnel, task leads, inspectors, QA/QC staff, and schedulers, drives
<br />preconstruction planning, design clarifications, and risk assessments, and oversees construction inspection,
