<br />CEI Project Administrator
<br />Robert is a Senior Project Engineer and Project Administrator with more
<br />than 30 years of experience specializing in construction engineering and
<br />inspection (CEI), roadway and bridge construction, and project management.
<br />He has overseen major FDOT and LAP projects across Florida, providing
<br />leadership on roadway widening, milling and resurfacing, drainage,
<br />utilities, ADA improvements, street lighting, and structural rehabilitation.
<br />Robert is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and holds multiple
<br />CTQP certifications, including Asphalt Paving, Final Estimates, Earthwork,
<br />and Advanced Work Zone Traffic Control, as well as ASBI Grout Training.
<br />His experience managing multidisciplinary CEI teams, coordinating with
<br />contractors and agencies, and resolving construction issues ensures quality,
<br />compliance, and successful delivery. He is also highly experienced in high-
<br />visibility public coordination with municipalities, HOAs, businesses, and
<br />residents.

<br />As Project Administrator, Robert manages CEI services for the West Hillsboro
<br />Boulevard bike lanes and lighting improvements from east of Parkside Drive
<br />to S.R. 7/U.S. 441, a Broward MPO Transportation Surtax-funded project that
<br />includes new bicycle lanes, a street lighting system, signing and pavement
<br />marking, landscaping, a roundabout, milling and resurfacing, and sidewalk
<br />and ADA improvements. He manages inspection staff and daily construction
<br />activities, reviews and processes shop drawings, RFIs, and pay applications,
<br />conducts biweekly and conflict-resolution meetings, maintains records,
<br />and leads extensive public coordination with the City of Parkland, HOAs,
<br />businesses, and residents.
