<br />CEI Contract Support Specialist
<br />Rodolfo is a highly skilled CEI Project Administrator and Contract Support
<br />Specialist who ensures compliance with contract specifications and
<br />facilitates coordination between contractors, project personnel, and
<br />agencies. He specializes in tracking and negotiating pay items, processing
<br />monthly progress reports and estimates, resolving RFIs, utility coordination,
<br />and leading construction progress meetings to keep projects on schedule

<br />As Contract Support Specialist and Assistant Project Administrator, Rodolfo
<br />manages all project documentation, including photo documentation, quantity
<br />reviews, PrC, and MAC, for this 0.659-mile complete-street CEI contract along
<br />SR-804/Boynton Beach Boulevard. The scope includes MOT, erosion control,
<br />concrete removal and installation of gravity walls, curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
<br />and driveways, asphalt work, lighting upgrades, pavement markings and bike
<br />lanes, signalization, traffic monitoring, and utility adjustments.

<br />As inspector, Rodolfo provides CEI services and coordinates with
<br />subcontractors and Utility/Agency Owners for reconstruction of the sidewalk,
<br />partial driveway reconstruction, drainage structures, streetlight poles and
<br />pull boxes, HDD for lighting, spread-footer foundations, sodding, and MOT.
<br />He coordinated with Verizon, Florida Public Utilities, FPL, PBC Water Utilities,
<br />and West Palm Beach Water Utilities, and provided CEI for installation of more
<br />than 25 street light poles and a new box culvert to improve swale drainage.
