<br />Dr. Craveiro has extensive experience in civil engineering, client service
<br />management, constructability reviews, area management, and business
<br />development. He has worked on large infrastructure projects involving various
<br />disciplines, such as transportation, traffic, water, wastewater, coastal, ports,
<br />and marine. His typical client interface is with agencies, including Miami-
<br />Dade County Water and Sewer Department (MDC-WASD) and South Florida
<br />Water Management District (SFWMD), as well as companies like Vale and
<br />Petrobras. From a technical standpoint, he has been involved in a wide
<br />variety of complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. He has performed
<br />various technical roles successfully, including those dealing with planning,
<br />conceptual design, and evaluation of existing systems.

<br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Reviewer for this project, which
<br />included the evaluation and selection of 3 alternative sewer systems to serve
<br />the business properties located within a marina in Broward County. Other
<br />services included site evaluation, site investigations, coordination with
<br />municipalities and property owners, hydraulic analysis, lift station design,
<br />and preparation of the inventory of existing and proposed utility easements.

<br />MDC-WASD, CD 2.27: Central District Wastewater Treatment Plant
<br />(CDWWTP) New Oxygen Plant Design-Build Project.
<br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Reviewer for this project, which
<br />involved the construction of an oxygen production system (2-VPSA) at the
<br />CDWWTP to provide full redundancy, as the existing units were near the end
<br />of their useful service life and prone to failure.

<br />Renewal and Replacement Project.
<br />Client Service Manager responsible for quality control and allocation of
<br />appropriate technical resources. Fernando also served as Senior Technical
<br />Consultant on several issues, including large sewage pumps, screening and
<br />grit removal and disposal system, primary clarification and scum handling,
<br />sludge thickening, co-generation, pure oxygen biological secondary system,
<br />high-level disinfection, effluent filtration, wastewater reuse, deep well
<br />injection, and operator training.
