<br />performance and technical resources. He also served as Senior Technical
<br />Consultant and expert in water reuse and the mitigation of Emerging Pollutants
<br />of Concern. The engineering services were mostly related to Sustainability
<br />and Resiliency, given the strong considerations for wastewater reuse. The
<br />team was successful in obtaining MDC-WASD’s 20-year Water Use Permit,
<br />which allows MDC to manage its water resources and the treatment and
<br />reuse of its wastewater.

<br />*City of Miami Beach Public Works, Sunset Harbour Pressurized Drainage Wells Project.
<br />Client Service Manager responsible for the overall contract performance, including the management of budget,
<br />schedule, and client contact. He coordinated all activities between client, project manager, contractors,
<br />subcontractors, and internal company resources. This project included the detailed design of pressurized injection
<br />wells to treat and dispose of stormwater runoff. The final design included developing mechanical and yard piping
<br />drawings and mechanical design calculations. He also provided QA/QC reviews of all deliverables.

<br />Project Manager and Client Service Manager responsible for the overall contract performance, including the
<br />management of budget, schedule, and contact with the client. He coordinated all activities between client,
<br />contractors, subcontractors, and internal company resources. This Normandy Shores Right-of-Way Capital
<br />Improvement Project (CIP) included a variety of streetscape and stormwater upgrades.

<br />Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA), El Yunque (Las Picuas) WWTP Elimination.
<br />Senior Technical Advisor and Quality Control that is providing technical oversight and quality review for the El Yunque
<br />(Las Picúas) WWTP Elimination project for PRASA, a 90% design effort to upgrade sanitary infrastructure for the
<br />Las Picúas community. Responsibilities included reviewing the design of two new sanitary pump stations, sanitary
<br />force mains, air release and vacuum valves, and utility integration measures to support reliable conveyance to the
<br />Palmer Pump Station. The role also included quality control review of demolition and transition planning for the
<br />existing WWTP, site grading, stormwater management, access roads, sidewalks, parking areas, fencing, gates,
<br />erosion and sedimentation controls, and permit documentation. Additional oversight included review of PRASA
<br />pump station capacity evaluations and the sanitary force main analysis from Palmer SPS to the Fajardo Regional
<br />WWTP to verify constructability, regulatory compliance, system reliability, and consistency with PRASA, local,
<br />state, and federal requirements.
