<br />Gabriel specializes in graphic design, proposal development, and visual
<br />communications for engineering and architectural pursuits. He brings
<br />experience translating technical themes into clear graphic concepts, including
<br />proposal layouts, presentations, renderings, web graphics, e-blasts, social
<br />media content, print materials, forms, letterheads, business cards, signage,
<br />digital and freehand illustrations, packaging, and apparel graphics. At

<br />Pavement Selection & Implementation.
<br />Provided public information support through the development of
<br />presentation materials, technical graphics, and visual communication
<br />tools for the corridor improvement study and concrete pavement
<br />implementation strategy. Work included preparing typical sections,
<br />realistic 3D visualizations, corridor graphics, and presentation layouts
<br />that translated technical concepts into clear, accessible visuals for
<br />stakeholders, agency staff, and the public. Coordinated with project staff
<br />and the photographer to incorporate existing site imagery, accurately
<br />depict corridor conditions, and enhance the overall effectiveness of public outreach and stakeholder
<br />communication materials.

<br />City of Belle Glade, Basin H1 Stormwater Improvements.
<br />Public Information Officer, supporting the development and coordination of presentation materials for the public
<br />workshop. Responsibilities included coordinating with the drainage engineer and Project Manager to research
<br />project information, develop slide content, update graphics, and prepare clear visual materials explaining the
<br />proposed stormwater improvements. Reviewed the final presentation for quality, consistency, and clarity to
<br />support effective communication with residents, stakeholders, and City staff.

<br />Public Information Officer, supporting utility coordination outreach by preparing clear written communications
<br />for affected utility agencies. Worked with the Utility Coordination Manager to develop and produce notification
<br />letters informing utility owners and department heads of upcoming project work in the area, anticipated
<br />coordination needs, and potential impacts. Materials were prepared to support timely communication,
<br />interagency coordination, and awareness of project activities.
