<br />Public Information Officer, supporting public involvement and digital communications for a transit corridor
<br />improvements project. Coordinated with the Project Engineer to develop a tri-fold meeting mailer, obtain printing
<br />and mailing estimates, prepare production-ready files, and create FDOT project website content, including
<br />QR codes, downloadable PDF access, and project banners. Coordinated with graphic design staff to produce
<br />directional signage, sign-in sheets, and other printed meeting materials to support public outreach, attendee
<br />navigation, meeting documentation, and clear communication of project information to the public, stakeholders,
<br />and agency representatives.

<br />MDC-DTPW, Design-Build Services for the Reconstruction of NE 2nd Ave from NE 20th St to NE 36th St.
<br />Public Information Officer, supporting stakeholder outreach and public notifications for proposed landscaping
<br />and tree removal activities within the project limits. Coordinated the preparation and distribution of multiple
<br />mass mailing notices to inform affected residents, businesses, property owners, and utility stakeholders of
<br />upcoming project work, anticipated impacts, and schedule related activities. Materials were developed to
<br />support timely communication, public awareness, and coordination throughout the project.

<br />City of Pembroke Pines, Various Lighting Manuals.
<br />Designed various manuals that demonstrated the City of Pembroke Pines’ procedures for numerous governmental
<br />activities that concerned lighting infrastructure. The manuals ranged from a few pages to over 100 pages and
<br />explained everything from how to report a broken street light to complex engineering issues. Gabriel created
<br />multiple renderings and graphics to aid the reader in their understanding of the material. Forms were also created
<br />that appeared within the manual and are currently being used by the public to request vital lighting functions.

<br />Worked alongside the Engineer to create various roadway graphics that illustrated pertinent information that was
<br />later used on his multiple scoping reports.
