As a seasoned Senior Project <br />Manager, Mr. Hadad has overseen a wide range of Public and Private <br />Infrastructure projects, providing full-spectrum project services from the initial <br />program management to the final stages of construction. In his capacity as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, he has adeptly handled <br />route/right-of-way, boundary, construction, topographic, and geodetic control <br />surveys for various projects, including cellular towers, transportation systems, and <br />both commercial and residential developments. Mr. Hadad’s extensive experience <br />and his proven ability to troubleshoot project challenges from the field to the <br />office underscore his exceptional qualifications as a Project Manager. Training <br /> OSHA Training <br /> Project Management Classes <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE Project Surveyor Medley Flood Mitigation, Town of Medley, Medley, FL Dates of Service: November 2016 - April 2021 Mr. Hadad served as the Project Surveyor for the "Flood Mitigation South" project. He established horizontal and vertical controls and benchmarks along the proposed route, creating a master horizontal control file to be used throughout the planning and design of the roadway alignment. He conducted route and topography surveys, identifying surface evidence of underground utilities, including wells and septic tanks, and located all commercial buildings along the proposed route. Mr. Hadad obtained invert elevations and pipe sizes for all structures along the route and provided Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services within the corridor limits. Additionally, he identified all utilities, researched utility permit applications, coordinated with Sunshine State One Call, and reviewed design location surveys and existing utility as-built plans.
