<br /> Abraham Hadad PSM Project Surveyor WASD PS0428 and PS0429, Mediterranean Blvd & NW 64 Ave Dates of Service: February 2019 - March 2019 Mr. Hadad served as the Project Surveyor for the WASD PS0428 and PS0429 projects at Mediterranean Blvd and NW 64 Ave. He completed a topographic survey of the pump station site, documenting above-ground information such as pavement, sidewalks, fences, structures, power poles, and driveway materials. He also identified existing underground utilities within the property or easements, including inverts, catch basins, manholes, and sizes for phone, gas, cable TV, and electricity. Additionally, Mr. Hadad surveyed existing above-ground utilities within the pump station area or easement, including valves, meter boxes, lids, rim elevations, fire hydrants, and overhead cables. Project Surveyor Legion Park Improvements, Miami, FL Dates of Service: April 2016 - July 2023 As a Project Surveyor for Legion Park Improvements in Miami, FL, Mr. Hadad conducted comprehensive land surveying and mapping services. His responsibilities included performing boundary and topographic surveys to accurately locate the project site in relation to property boundaries. He identified and documented all interior improvements and adjoining half rights-of-way, and mapped all trees within property boundaries with detailed information on tree name, trunk diameter, height, and canopy. Additionally, he surveyed all buildings within the area, providing detailed building corners, perimeter dimensions, setback distances, top of parapet elevations, and finished floor elevations. Mr. Hadad conducted elevation shots at 25-50 foot intervals in open park areas and 5-10 foot intervals in critical areas, capturing all visible terrain deviations. He also located and documented all courts, fences, playgrounds, and other structures, collected invert elevations, pipe sizes, and types for all accessible existing inlets and manholes, and mapped all overhead utility lines and poles within the survey area. Furthermore, he identified and recorded existing easements. Project Surveyor B-17365 - Shorecrest Area Survey, City of Miami Dates of Service: June 2018 - October 2018 Mr. Hadad served as the Project Surveyor for the Shorecrest Area Survey within the City of Miami. He performed a topographic survey of approximately 45,000 linear feet of road. The survey included depicting Right of Way information based on the City of Miami Street ATLAS sheets and extending 100 feet from the end of radius return into the intersecting streets. Mr. Hadad located all above-ground features, including site lot lines and trees, documenting their height, caliper, and species. He collected rim elevations, invert elevations, bottom of structure, and pipe material, and took elevation shots (cross-section elevations) at 25-foot intervals, referencing elevations to NGVD29. Additionally, he located all existing ADA ramps and driveway approaches, collected finished floor elevations of all buildings within the corridor, and extended the survey limits 15 feet into private properties along the corridor. Project Surveyor City of Miami Comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan, Subconsultant for CDM Smith City of Miami Project B-30632A Dates of Service: 2016 - January 2020 Mr. Hadad served as the Project Surveyor for the City of Miami Comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan (SWMP) as a subconsultant for CDM Smith from 2016 to January 2020. This project aimed to develop a new and comprehensive SWMP to establish a policy framework ensuring the integrity and enhancement of the City's future. Mr. Hadad's responsibilities included establishing the main horizontal and vertical network within the city limits, setting or recovering control monuments, and documenting them in a Survey Control Map. He located 500 above-ground features using Survey GPS Equipment, performed elevation shots to establish the finished floor elevation for 500 buildings, and conducted additional surveys to determine seawall elevations in areas not covered by the aerial survey. This included an aerial photogrammetry survey of unobstructed seawalls and filling in surveys of 1,500 points using various survey methods. Additionally, he placed aerial targets for photogrammetric surveys, performed 150 canal cross sections, and coordinated the placement of control points and targets for the project's duration.
