SW 42nd Street (Bird Road Extension) from SW 162nd Avenue to SW 157th Avenue, Miami-Dade County,
Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy served as the Principal-in-Charge for the Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Bird Road Extension from SW 162nd Ave to SW 15th Avenue in Miami-Dade County. The roadway limits were approximately 3,100 lineal feet in length. The project included widening of the road. The study was performed to obtain information on the existing subsurface conditions along the project alignment to assist in the design and preparation of construction plans for improvements. Provided a geotechnical engineering report which included evaluations and recommendations regarding permanent cut and fill slopes, excavations, groundwater control, pavement design considerations, and on-site suitability.
Miami Gardens City Center, Miami Gardens, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy served as the Principal-in-Charge for the Geotechnical Engineering Study for the Miami Gardens City Center located in Miami Gardens, Florida. The project consisted of a mix-use development of about 35-acres which included a 1-story restaurant, hotels, 1-story retail centers and 7-story multifamily plus parking garages. Provided a geotechnical engineering report which included evaluations and recommendations regarding ground floor slab and building connections, utilities, site preparation procedures and construction excavations.
Cagni Park North Site Improvement, North Miami, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy served as the Principal-in-Charge for the Geotechnical Engineering Study for the Cagni Park North Site Improvements located in North Miami, Florida. The project included the construction of a football/soccer field, sports field lighting, bleachers, children’s playgrounds, park shelters, Olympic size swimming pool, warm up pool, splash pad, aquatic building, community center, walkways, and a parking lot along the south side of the project site along N.E. 135th Street.
Vista Verde Phase 4, Roadway and Drainage Improvement, Miami Gardens, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy served as the Principal-in-Charge of the Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Vista Verde Phase 4 project located in Miami Gardens, Florida. The project consisted of roadway improvements, drainage improvements and pavement design. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable construction and site development considerations. Provided a geotechnical engineering report which included evaluations and recommendations regarding excavations, trench backfill and preconstruction conditions survey.
Charles Avenue from Main Highway to South Douglas Road, City of Miami, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy served as the Principal-in-Charge for the Geotechnical Engineering Services for Charles Avenue from Main Highway to South Douglas Road located in Miami, Florida. This project consisted of soil profiling for the subject area. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions along Charles Avenue from Main Highway to South Douglas Street. Provided a geotechnical engineering report which included evaluations and recommendations regarding site and subsurface conditions and groundwater information.
