HBC Engineering Company | 38 <br />Multiple Parks - 40 Years Recertifications <br />Miami Dade County Parks <br />HBC conducted a walk-through visual inspection for various Buildings <br />located at multiple parks, including AB Barnes Park, Country Club <br />of Miami, and Crandon Park to prepare an assessment report listing <br />the findings and recommendations for the structural and electrical <br />components. <br />The report included the building description, observations noted during <br />the site visit, a written evaluation of the project building including <br />recommendations for repairs, photographs of conditions, and the <br />information requested in the structural and electrical forms in the format <br />required by Miami-Dade County. <br />HBC provided a prioritized list of damages and deficiencies required to be <br />addressed and repaired prior to submitting and obtaining the (40th-year) <br />Recertification.
