HBC Engineering Company | 41 <br />Districtwide Traffic Operations Data Collection <br />Contract <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 4 (D4) <br />HBC is supporting the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District <br />4 (D4) under this Districtwide Traffic Operations Data Collection contract <br />featuring FDOT Work Group 6.1 Traffic Engineering Studies to perform <br />comprehensive data collection services across five counties. This on-call <br />contract enhances FDOT’s ability to collect high-quality multimodal data to <br />support traffic operations studies and decision-making processes. <br />Under this contract, HBC provides a broad range of professional and <br />technical services, including vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle counts, turning <br />movement counts, spot speed studies, queue analysis, travel time and delay <br />assessments, intersection delay evaluations, and sight distance reviews.
