<br />Adebayo is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer and firm principal with
<br />34 years of multidisciplinary civil and transportation engineering experience,
<br />including 20 years with HBC. As Principal-in-Charge, he provides executive
<br />oversight, quality assurance, and client accountability across the full project
<br />life cycle, from planning and feasibility through design, permitting, and
<br />construction. His municipal and public-agency portfolio spans roadway and
<br />drainage improvements, complete streets and multimodal mobility, street
<br />and pedestrian lighting, traffic engineering and safety, and construction
<br />administration for clients including Miami-Dade County, FDOT, and numerous
<br />South Florida municipalities. He routinely directs multi-agency permitting
<br />and coordination with Miami-Dade County, FDOT, FDEP, and SFWMD, and is

<br />Collins Avenue
<br />As Project Manager, Adebayo directed LED street and pedestrian lighting
<br />retrofits along the coastal SR-A1A/Collins Avenue corridor, replacing High-
<br />Pressure Sodium luminaires with LED luminaires at signalized intersections
<br />and adding poles to meet roadway and pedestrian lighting criteria. Work
<br />included point-by-point photometric analysis (AGi32), a full luminaire
<br />inventory, Temporary Traffic Control Plans, roadway design, surveying, and
<br />interdisciplinary and agency coordination, with express consideration of the
<br />seaward Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL).

<br />City of Hollywood, Johnson Street Complete Streets PD&E Study (N 30th
<br />Rd to N Dixie Hwy)
<br />As Project Manager and Engineer of Record, Adebayo led evaluation of
<br />alternatives to transform Johnson Street into a Complete Street within the
<br />existing 40-foot right-of-way, incorporating new interconnected sidewalk, new
<br />lighting, a new drainage system, new transit bus stops, and a reconstructed
<br />two-lane roadway with a center turn lane. The grant-funded effort (City of
<br />Hollywood and Broward County Mobility Advancement Program, coordinated
<br />with Broward County, FDOT, and the RTA) prioritized mobility for all modes.
