<br />As Project Engineer, Adebayo developed roadway lighting design standards tailored to the City based on federal,
<br />state, and local codes, built a GIS geodatabase of more than 3,000 Florida Power and Light poles, performed
<br />photometric analysis using AGi32, and delivered recommendations to correct substandard illumination levels
<br />along multiple City corridors.

<br />As Design Project Manager and Engineer of Record, Adebayo led engineering plans for reconstruction of 1.09
<br />miles of roadway, including drainage, an enhanced storm sewer system, street lighting, signalization, signing
<br />and pavement markings, bike lanes, on-street parking, a two-way left-turn lane, and sidewalk reconstruction.
<br />He directed interdisciplinary coordination and multi-agency permitting while maintaining schedule, including a
<br />temporary traffic control plan and railroad-crossing coordination.

<br />As Project Manager, Adebayo directed reconstruction and milling and resurfacing of NE 167th Street and NE 15th
<br />Avenue, delivering construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, dry-run permitting, and bid
<br />and award services. Design elements included pavement, drainage, roadway and pedestrian lighting, signing and
<br />pavement markings, signalization, landscaping, MOT, and utility coordination, with extensive coordination across
<br />Miami-Dade Transit, FDOT, the City of North Miami Beach, and other authorities.

<br />FDOT District 4, Hollywood Gardens Sidewalk Complete Streets LAP Project
<br />As Project Manager, Adebayo led this Complete Streets Local Agency Program project, directing utility coordination
<br />and the design of new and harmonized sidewalks, bike lanes, and shared lanes to improve multimodal connectivity.
<br />Deliverables included typical section details, drainage structures, roadway plans, a Stormwater Pollution
<br />Prevention Plan, and Temporary Traffic Control Plans. He resolved design challenges such as sidewalks through
<br />driveways, parking and fencing encroachments, and utility conflicts, and incorporated drainage solutions including
<br />roadside ditches, French drains, and bioswales along with ADA-compliant accessibility features.
