<br />Teodoro brings extensive experience across civil engineering projects involving
<br />roadway design, having served as Support Engineer, Project Engineer,
<br />Senior Roadway Engineer, and Engineer of Record with responsibility for
<br />management and plans review. He has served as in-house consultant for
<br />the review of design variations and exceptions for the FDOT District 6 Design
<br />Office. Teodoro has significant expertise in Signing and Pavement Marking
<br />plans, Maintenance of Traffic plans, Traffic Control Plans, and Temporary
<br />Traffic Control Plans, as well as Preliminary Engineering Reports and contract

<br />As Engineer of Record, Teodoro leads preparation of districtwide resurfacing
<br />scoping reports, analyzing existing conditions to determine deficiencies and
<br />substantiate project purpose and need. He develops project alternatives to
<br />satisfy identified corridor needs and evaluates transit and transportation
<br />system improvement options. Deliverables include preliminary cost sections,
<br />preliminary drainage analysis and plans, conceptual roadway plans, approved
<br />typical section packages, and variances and exceptions sections.

<br />MDC-WASD, MOT Control Plans for a New 16-inch Diameter Water Main
<br />Along NW 37th Ave between NW 36th St and NW 82nd St
<br />Teodoro served as Project Engineer designing a Temporary Traffic Control
<br />Plan for the installation of 14,400 linear feet of a 16-inch diameter water main
<br />along NW 37th Avenue from S.R. 948/NW 36th Street to NW 82nd Street. He
<br />prepared lane closure analysis, summary of quantities, and precise TTCP
<br />phases and plans to safely route traffic through work zones. He coordinated
<br />with MDC-WASD, FDOT District 6, and stakeholders to secure feedback and
<br />approval of the proposed design.
