<br />Osmin is a civil engineering professional focused on roadway, highway,
<br />and signalization projects for clients including FDOT, Broward County, and

<br />As Roadway, Signalization, Drainage, and S&PM Designer, Osmin performed
<br />comprehensive design services to replace the existing span-wire signal
<br />with new mast arms at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Johnson Street.
<br />He prepared roadway concepts addressing milling, resurfacing, and ADA
<br />upgrades; analyzed and upgraded intersection drainage for positive outfall
<br />and current standards; and designed signalization improvements including
<br />mast arm layouts, interconnect systems, and overhead street name signs.
<br />Work included signing and pavement marking, lighting analysis, subsurface
<br />utility coordination, technical specifications, cost estimates, and sealed
<br />construction documents meeting FDOT and Broward County requirements.

<br />Improvements Projects
<br />As Signing and Pavement Marking CADD Designer, Osmin performed the
<br />design of upgraded solar dual LED ground-mounted school zone flashers
<br />to replace twelve existing electric-power flashers near Broward Estates
<br />Elementary School in Lauderhill and four near Oakridge Elementary School in
<br />Hollywood. He relocated existing school signs for plan development, revised
<br />and modified annotations, and created civil labeler callouts in support of
<br />improved pedestrian safety near schools.
