<br />As Engineering Technician, Alexander performed the design and development of the signalization component,
<br />including replacement of one mast arm at the existing Palm Drive and SW 167th Avenue intersection and a new
<br />signalized intersection at Palm Drive and SW 172nd Avenue. The scope covered new mast arms, pedestrian
<br />countdowns, traffic controller, video detection, and service points and disconnects. He coordinated across
<br />structures, roadway, signing and pavement marking, street lighting, landscaping, drainage, and environmental
<br />disciplines while maintaining the project schedule.

<br />Reconstruction from NW 58th St to NW 74th St Design-Build
<br />As Engineering Technician, Alexander supported roadway and signalization design for the reconstruction of a
<br />one-mile stretch of NW 84th Avenue, expanding an existing 2-lane roadway to a 4-lane section with a Two-Way
<br />Left-Turn Lane where right-of-way is available. He performed the design of the Level 2 Temporary Traffic Control
<br />Plans (TTCPs), accounting for requirements to keep traffic operational and maintain business access throughout
<br />construction.

<br />FDOT District 4, S.R. 817/University Dr Widening from Nova Dr to S.R. 84
<br />As Engineering Technician, Alexander supported design and plan development for roadway and drainage
<br />improvements along S.R. 817/University Drive, including roadway widening for a proposed auxiliary lane, relocation
<br />of drainage structures, overhead signs, signalization improvements, bus stop bay reconfiguration, and right-turn
<br />lane reconfigurations. His tasks included signal design and plans production, typical section package, roadway
<br />horizontal and vertical alignments, 2D and 3D design, and roadway plans production.

<br />FDOT District 6, Districtwide Resurfacing Scoping Reports
<br />As Engineering Technician, Alexander supported the preparation of districtwide resurfacing scoping reports under
<br />this task-work-order contract, analyzing existing conditions to identify deficiencies and substantiate project
<br />purpose and need. Deliverables included preliminary cost sections, preliminary drainage analysis and plans,
<br />conceptual roadway plans, approved typical section packages, and variances and exceptions sections in support
<br />of FDOT District 6’s Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) Program.

<br />City of Riviera Beach, Raw Water Transmission Main Improvements Progressive Design-Build
<br />As Engineering Technician, Alexander performed the development of pavement restoration plans for areas affected
<br />by the raw water transmission main alignment, with restoration occurring along Avenue R, W 15th Street, and
<br />Avenue L. He coordinated continuously with the City of Riviera Beach to help keep the project schedule, scope,
<br />and budget on track.
