<br />Claudia is a transportation engineer and project manager with 22 years
<br />of experience specializing in Signing and Pavement Marking (S&PM),
<br />channelization, signalization, roadway design, Temporary Traffic Control
<br />(TTC), and Project Development and Environment (PD&E) studies. She
<br />has delivered projects for municipalities, Miami-Dade County, and FDOT
<br />Districts 4, 5, and 6, and was named the 2024 ASCE Engineer of the Year.
<br />Her recent work includes S&PM and channelization design for major Miami-
