The <br /> modification consists of a new façade and signage of the existing <br /> sales center structure and an expansion of the parking area and the <br /> creation of a lawn/event area. However, the square footage for the <br /> sales center remains the same as existing. Under this modification, <br /> the Applicant is requesting a waiver of the landscaping and setback <br /> requirements for the temporary construction fence.
