Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting February 19.2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> Commission for approval because that is as of right for them. They just happened to be <br /> asking for a condition because they are going to build a Sales Center and they want some <br /> signage. We are sympathetic to your cause but the property owner has rights too. <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2379 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 10F. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,Approving <br /> a Request Submitted by Porsche Design Tower Miami ("Applicant") to Allow an <br /> Exterior Color Outside the Approved Color Palette for the Off-Site Sales Center <br /> Located at 17190 Collins Avenue,Commonly Known as Epicure Restaurant;Providing <br /> the City Manager and City Attorney with the Authority to Do All Things Necessary to <br /> Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Planning & Zoning Administrator Claudia <br /> Hasbun reported that the Applicant is requesting that a section of the west elevation be <br /> painted in black which is a color that is not permitted under our color palette. <br /> Public Speakers: Andrew Chesnick, Esq. <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Approving a <br /> Memorandum of Understanding Relating to an Amended Pay Plan for Sergeants as Set <br /> Forth in Article 10 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Sunny <br /> Isles Beach and Dade County Police Benevolent Association (PBA), Attached Hereto as <br /> Exhibit"A"; Authorizing the City Manager and Police Chief to Do All Things Necessary to <br /> Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Manager Russo reported that this is the <br /> second part of the approval we did on the Pay Plan and evening out the steps for all the <br /> different ranks in the Police Department. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution.
