<br />More specifically, Nick's project experience includes five Florida projects
<br />involving bridges ranging in value from $3.7 million to $81 million. His
<br />role on these projects varied from project manager to superintendent to
<br />contract administrator /estimator. In addition, Nick's knowledge of managing projects and his mastery of
<br />coordinating a multitude of activities and firms will translate into the optimal Project Manager for the North
<br />Bay Road Pedestrian Emergency Bridge project.
<br />Role and Responsibilities on North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge
<br />Nick will maintain daily oversight of all project activities included but not limited to, procurement, schedule
<br />compliance, field execution, safety, quality, contract compliance, start -up and commissioning as well as
<br />budget tracking and compliance. He will establish and oversee our robust craft training program to ensure
<br />that the local craft workers have the tools and knowledge they need to ensure top quality installations and
<br />that Nobody Gets Hurt. Also, Nick will mentor our subcontracting partners and make certain the necessary
<br />planning and coordination is in place for them to be successful.

<br />Project Manager, Port Everglades Bridge, Broward County, Fort Lauderdale, FL, $3.8 Million
<br />The project was awarded to Kiewit by construction manager, Moss & Associates, to complete the bridge
<br />portion of the Port Everglades project located at the Port of Fort Lauderdale. The new bridge consisted of
<br />26 24 -inch piles, 22 Type II AASHTO girders, 13,500 SF of VISE Wall and 650 CY of structural concrete.
<br />Project Manager, St. Mary's Swing Bridge, FDOT, FL, $3.5 million
<br />As the Project Manager, Nick's responsibilities include owner relations, supervising operations, safety,
<br />quality, scheduling, cost control, and coordinating crews, equipment and subcontractors. This project
<br />includes repairs to an existing footing utilizing a complex cofferdam, structural steel repairs, mechanical
<br />repairs and repainting of the steel portion of the bridge.
<br />Project Manager, 1-95 to Turnpike Connector Ramp Widening (at Golden Glades), FDOT, District
<br />6, Miami, FL, $8 million
<br />As the Project Manager, Nick's responsibilities included owner relations, design oversight and review.
<br />He planned and supervised all operations, including safety, quality, schedule, controlling costs
<br />ind coordinating crews /equipment and subcontractors. Nick also managed the job schedule and
<br />communicated with business staff. This $8 million design -build widening project was located at the
<br />Golden Glades Interchange where 1 -95 connects to Florida's Turnpike. The project provided an auxiliary
