Contract Value: $204 million <br />Managed all field operations. This project includes 23 major bridges, 3 box culverts a seawall, 1.8 <br />million cubic meters of fill and associated roadway and paving work. Construction sequencing <br />includes 31 separate traffic control phases to maintain all current lanes of traffic during <br />construction. Duties included development of the overall project schedule and supervision and <br />management of self perform and subcontract work throughout the project. <br /> <br />11/04 - 6/05 Senior Estimator <br />PCL Civil Southeast, Tampa, Florida <br />Senior Estimator preparing estimates for projects in the bidding stages <br /> <br />1/03 - 10/04 Project Manager <br />PCL Civil Southeast, Tampa, Florida <br />Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway Reversible Lanes. Contract Value: $200 million <br />Project Manager for superstructure and bridge erection. The project consists of three precast <br />segmental bridge structures ranging from 47' to 59' in width and totaling more than 5 miles in <br />length, as well as 6 AASHTO girder bridges and associated roadway work. Duties included <br />management of straddle bent form and erection system design, followed by overall management of <br />8 crews working 24 hours per day on 2 erection and 1 straddle bent headings. The bridge erection <br />system consisted of 2 self launching girders with removable noses and tails and a combination <br />chain drive and hydraulic segment leveling system on 70 ton self adjusting pier brackets. <br /> <br />2/02 - 12/02 Project Manager and Senior Estimator, Multiple Projects <br />PCL Civil Southwest, Tempe, Arizona <br />Pima Freeway/Price Freeway 101 Noise Abatement. Contract Value: $5 million <br />This project consisted of fluted cast-in-place concrete sound walls at seven different locations on <br />two Phoenix area freeways. Project also included AR-ACFC overlay and other incidental work. <br />Duties included preparation of the estimate, scheduling, form design and management of staff and <br />subcontractors, while preparing estimates for other projects. <br /> <br />12/00 - 1/02 Project Manager <br />PCL Civil Southwest, Tempe, Arizona <br />Southern Avenue Sanitary Sewer, Force Mains and Lift Station #43. Contract Value: $19 million <br />This project was located near the Salt River in south Phoenix and was actually four combined <br />projects, including 3 miles of 36" gravity sewer line varying in depth between 25 and 35 ft., 2 <br />miles of 12" water line, a three million gallons per day (expandable to 25 million gallon) lift <br />station, and 2.5 miles of quadruple force main with three 24" and one 12" line. The force main <br />included a technically difficult 70' deep river crossing and several large concrete vault structures. <br />Duties included management, scheduling and general supervision of all four projects. <br /> <br />10/97 - 11/00 Project Manager and Senior Estimator, Multiple Projects <br />PCL Civil Southwest, Tempe, Arizona <br />Carrizo/Whiteriver/Hon Dah Highway. Contract Value: $6 million <br />This project was located in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona within the Fort Apache <br />Indian Reservation and consisted of widening the highway to provide five continuous lanes with
