Preconstruction <br />1.1. Contract Execution, Pick up permits, preconstruction meeting with owner. <br />1.2. Perform all preconstruction utility locates, permit notifications and jobsite posting. <br />1.3. Perform necessary exploratory test pitting for conflicting utilities and drainable. <br />1.4. Project Submittals, to include, installation methodology and procedures, concrete mix <br />designs, curing procedure, MOT Plan, Environmental and Safety Plans, rebar shop <br />drawings, precast shop drawings, Storm Water Prevention Plan, Baseline construction <br />schedule, material submittals, turbidity control plan, design submittal for crane trestle, <br />MSE Wall facing and design, etc. <br />1.5. Preconstruction survey of existing structures and buildings. <br />1.6. Install vibration monitoring stations adjacent to existing structures. <br />1.7. Construction Fencing, Signs and Jobsite Trailers <br />1.8. Preconstruction Survey and Stakeout. <br />1.9. Install all temporary fencing adjacent to the temporary construction easement and silt <br />fencing. <br />1.10. Pre ground improvement soil analysis and proposed final ground improvement technique <br />and scope. <br /> <br />2. Mobilization & Site Work <br />2.1. Implement Storm Water Pollution Plan <br />2.2. Implement Environmental Safety Plan <br />2.3. Implement Marine and Roadway MOT plan <br />2.4. Notify Boaters of the beginning of construction; which will partially block the canal. <br />2.5. Deliver equipment and stage materials to south end bent Crane and drilled shaft <br />equipment is first. <br />2.6. Install all required turbidity curtain. <br />2.7. Demo and remove all conflicting abandoned pipes and utilities. Included is the removal of <br />the 14” HDPE and Yard Drain
