Ebsary Foundation Company is General Contractor who self-performs the most difficult and <br />challenging portions of work our contracts. We have the most qualified operators and <br />journeymen through our unions and we own and operate all our specialty foundation, marine and <br />bridge building equipment. We own all of the pile installation hammers, drills, cranes, tugboats, <br />barges, drill rigs, welding machines and work floats that would be necessary to build this project. <br /> <br />B. Ebsary Foundation Company has the most qualified superintendents and managers to supervise <br />and build our projects. We do not hire individuals simply to manage a job for us, we have long <br />term employees who stay with our company because they care about the company and the work <br />we perform and they know and they have the experience and ability effectively resolve most <br />every issue that arises on the job. <br /> <br />C. Ebsary Foundation Company is a Union based contractor with Collective Bargaining <br />Agreements with the Piledrivers, Divers & Bridgebuilders Local 1026 and the Operating <br />Engineers Local 487. By being a union contractor, Ebsary has a labor pool to draw from that has <br />some of the most highly skilled, best trained, safest and most reliable employees to perform all <br />aspects of bridge construction. Additionally, in the event that there are extensive projects around <br />the state that require the labor pool to be supplemented, our Unions can supplement their <br />respective labor pool by coordinating for additional union employees from partner Union Hall’s <br />around the Country. <br /> <br />D. Ebsary Foundation Company has more history and experience performing deep foundations and <br />marine construction than nearly any other contractor available. Ebsary has been in business <br />performing Foundation, Marine, Engineering and Bridge Construction in South Florida for than <br />90 years and is presently the 18th oldest Miami Based Company that is still operating under the <br />same name. Since Ebsary’s inception, its primary core competency has been deep foundations <br />and marine construction in south Florida; no one knows the South Florida geotechnical <br />conditions better than Ebsary. <br />
