E. When you hire Ebsary Foundation Company you are hiring a truly local South Florida company
who has a vested interest in the well-being of every Florida Client and Owner and must maintain
a stellar local reputation. Ebsary’s primary office marine terminal/yard is located on the Miami
River, in the same location since 1940, all key personnel live in either Dade or Broward County
and the two unions we have collective bargaining agreements with are both based in Dade
County. Ebsary’s Miami yard is large enough and the facilities to fabricate, load onto barges,
stock pile materials maintain our equipment; so anytime unforeseen issues arise on the jobsite,
the yard is only 50 minutes from the jobsite, which allows for immediate response without
project delay.

F. In the past 4 years, Ebsary Foundation Company has self-performed numerous Drilled Shafts for
multiple projects with Port Everglades and Port Miami. In all cases, the drilled shafts were
installed using steel casing and drilled and cleaned out with a Bauer Style Drill Rig. Ebsary
owns a Bauer BG25 Drilled Shaft rig specifically set up to perform Drilled shaft work up to
105ft long and a maximum diameter of 72”. Ebsary’s previous projects, within the past 4 years,
that involved the installation of drilled shafts was Berth 27 & 29 High Wind Bollards; Berth 1
High Wind Bollards, Port Everglades Port Wide Bollard Installation and Port Miami Wharves
Strengthening Program. For these projects, Ebsary installed 66”, 36” and 30” diameter drilled
shafts and drilled through rock that exceeded 10,000 PSI compressive strength (determined after
core samples were tested) and achieved tip elevations up to -82 NGVD.
