Ebsary Past Performance Documentation I-595 Roadway Widening Project 4. FDOT Related Work Classes Performed: Major Bridge – Cast in Place / Post Tensioned / Superstructure, Intermediate Bridge, Minor Bridge, Drainage 5. Relevancy To Work Classes: Ebsary Foundation Company was contracted to perform heavy highway and bridge construction utilizing all of equipment, manpower, type of construction and management requirements all directly relate to Minor, Intermediate and Major Bridge Construction. Most specifically, this project included extensive foundation pile driving, sheet pile driving, cast-in-place concrete, engineering design, grouted tiebacks, precast installation, demolition, steel waler fabrication and installation, double channel waler fabrication and installation, excavation, backfill and compaction, night work, asphalt repairs, augercast piling, underwater concrete placement, testing, inspection, extensive project management and environmental coordination. Ebsary had to conform to all FDOT standard specifications for roadway and bridge construction, specifically section 455. This project was located adjacent to wetlands and existing canals which is similar to conditions which can be expected for many bridge construction locations. 6.
