policies and objectives of the Future Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> History: Initial approval of the St. Tropez project was pursuant to Resolution <br /> No. 05-Z-91 adopted on March 22, 2005. This approval consisted of <br /> the now so called Phase I, which encompasses three residential <br /> towers with a commercial area on the ground floor of a garage. Later <br /> on, the Applicant proposed a fourth Residential Tower at the 16690 <br /> Collins Avenue parcel which was approved pursuant to Resolution <br /> No. 06-Z-101 adopted on July 20, 2006. Over time, several site plan <br /> modifications were approved allowing the Applicant to continue with <br /> the phasing of the projects. The last approvals consisted of Resolution <br /> No. 12-Z-133 adopted on November 15, 2012 allowing the Applicant <br /> to provide for a three-phased project, which encompassed Phase I, <br /> the existing three residential towers with commercial at the ground <br /> level, Phase II, two residential towers with commercial at the ground <br /> level located at 290-330 Sunny Isles Blvd., and Phase III, an office <br /> tower located at 16690 Collins Avenue.
