Plan Review Total by Inspector Building will provide report on a monthly basis which includes zoning plans reviews by inspectors. 2. Application Status-Claudia will develop a one page SmartGov ad hoc report to provide a high level conditions summary. Our team will develop a Planning and Zoning dashboard that will unite the data sources necessary to generate Plan Review and Application Status data visualizations. Using Power BI and Power Query in Excel, all inspector, plan reviews,and application information will be consolidated into a single dashboard capable of quick traversing the datasets,generating chart groupings, and exporting the data behind the BI.While reports can be generated, monthly reminder emails may be all that is necessary to provide a quick link to live Power BI reports. PW Fleet Management 81 Requirements The following 3 reporting requirements will be developed using Microsoft Office Power BI plugins and Power BI online, in conjunction with any necessary web service integration or custom data extraction routines. 1. Fleet Reports Information is manually entered into excel spreadsheet by Ray Sellars(Fleet Manager)for PO expense tracking. Ray uses KAIZEN system installed on his computer to track vehicle information.
