Project Manager <br /> The project manager is responsible for overall project health, timelines, and communication <br /> between project team members and the customer. Project Managers communicate all risks, <br /> milestones, and status on a weekly basis using a formal status report and weekly status <br /> meetings with client and team members.Additionally, our proposed project manager is well <br /> versed in all Microsoft products, MS CRM, SharePoint, SQL, and data migration. <br /> Senior CRM/.Net Consultant <br /> The Principal CRM Consultant brings to the team a background in enterprise system development <br /> drawing on a wealth of experience from numerous sectors and technology platforms. Their focus <br /> will be the creation of the technical strategy and system design required to support the functional <br /> and technical requirements developed. Additionally,this resource has experience in setting up <br /> similar CRM Infrastructures. This person will be responsible for reviewing the CRM Infrastructure <br /> and provide recommendations on best practices.The CRM Consultant will also play a large role in <br /> training administrators and users. <br /> CRM/.NET Developer <br /> The Developer for this engagement will have significant experience and knowledge of the CRM <br /> platform. The Developer assigned to the project is responsible for the implementation of the <br /> functional requirements and setting up the sites and artifacts needed to deliver those <br /> requirements.
