1.4 Key Account Team To ensure that all project are delivered on-time,on-budget, and with superior customer service,we utilize our in-house team of key account professionals. For this project,we have enlisted key team members who specialize in all of our offered Microsoft products. Brett Cocking,Managing Director—Aeon Nexus Corporation Mr. Cocking is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of solutions experience in the public and private sectors for Microsoft, IBM and a wide range of start-ups in both the United States and abroad. As Managing Director for Aeon Nexus, Mr. Cocking is responsible for the overall success of all projects with oversight into client requirements and the solutions Aeon Nexus delivers for its clients. Brian Duncan, Managing Director,Solutions-Aeon Nexus Corporation Brian Duncan has spent the last twelve years earning recognition as a leading IT expert specializing in state and federal human services programs. Having led the early development of Microsoft technologies in the NYS Office for Temporary and Disability Assistance, Brian directed the development of five of the agencies largest internet IT solutions. From the success of these efforts, Brian moved on to fill an advisory role to IT management as an expert in web application architecture,software evaluation and POC. Working with a select group of consultants and state administrators, Brian authored the agency's SSDLC and was invited to be guest speaker at the New York State Forum for project management. Mr. Duncan is a graduate of the State University of New York and currently holds multiple Microsoft Certifications. Mr. Duncan will be acting as Subject Matter Expert for this engagement. 1.5 Past Performance Aeon Nexus Corporation is excited to showcase our skill-set in today's competitive market and is rapidly completing the necessary requirements for multiple competencies and certifications. During this process,we have distinguished ourselves as talented Microsoft solution providers,developers,and integrators. We have implemented Microsoft products at several public sector clients including NYC Office of Management and Budget, NYSERDA, New York State Office of Children and Family Services, New York State Office of General Services and several Counties. We have provided Microsoft services to the private and public sector including several federal government clients such as the Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service. Primarily,Aeon Nexus is focused on Dynamics CRM Online 2015 and SharePoint 2013.We have a dedicated pool of full-time resources that are continually pursuing the most updated certifications and education. Most recently,Aeon Nexus has developed a Fleet Management Solution for the County of Albany in New York State.Their previous method of tracking all fleet activities was a tedious paper process. Our solution built on Dynamics CRM, allows users to track individual fleet vehicles and all associated mileage,fuel, maintenance, and repair costs in an intuitive online system.Our team of experts were able to easily import all previous data into the new system by using the import wizard. Our developers configured several automated workflows to facilitate quick and easy association of individual pieces of information with the proper fleet vehicles.The system is able to generate all existing reports automatically,while also allowing management staff to quickly identify new trends and potentially fraudulent activities. Due to the intuitive nature of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, user adoption was quick and their fleet is now being managed more efficiently.
