system is a cloud based Dynamics CRM 2015 Online solution designed to track data communication <br /> between multiple disparate NYC and federal systems. Our resources are working with OMB to analyze <br /> business requirements and define scope, as known requirements are quickly added into the system <br /> through a rapid release iteration cycle that focuses on getting users in front of the system.The final <br /> solution will track funding and activity information related to Super Storm Sandy relief fund grants by <br /> incorporating an extensive list of workflows and business rules into a custom designed entity model. <br /> Prior to our delivery to OMB,Aeon Nexus engaged with the Mayor's Office of Housing Recovery <br /> Operations (HRO) in NYC. Our team developed a Grant Management System to support end-to-end case <br /> management for homeowners applying for the Community Block Development Grant (CBDG)to rebuild <br /> and restore their homes in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is the primary <br /> platform for this case management system,which is hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud. Microsoft <br /> SharePoint 2013 provides document management capabilities for the system. The system has a public- <br /> facing portal, as well as an interface with the City's back-end systems. This solution manages the <br /> registration and intake of applications through the City's 311 system, reviews the eligibility of the <br /> applications, assists in the damage assessment and work order workflows, provides information for the <br /> environmental and historic review processes and assists in the referral and preliminary repair <br /> information for Phase II. <br /> Relative to this procurement, Aeon Nexus designed,developed,and delivered a Microsoft CRM <br /> emergency management portal and 311 System for Albany County, NY.This CRM implementation soon <br /> grew to incorporate a number of additional applications used to support county activities, all developed <br /> with the support and guidance of Aeon Nexus.Additional modules provided grant management <br /> capabilities for tracking expenditures across Homeland Security Grants,Vehicle Fleet Management, and <br /> Veteran Affairs cost allocation.This CRM implementation leveraged existing on-site LDAP directories to <br /> quickly integrate existing user account management models into the CRM solution and quickly get the <br /> users working in the system.Aeon Nexus utilized Adxstudio portals to provide visible access to county <br /> constituents through Internet facing portals allowing the public to access emergency information, report <br /> 311 incidents, and receive important preparedness and recovery information.The system implements a <br /> series of internal workflows to properly triage 311 complaints and emergency event information,and <br /> disseminate the proper information to all appropriate channels.Twitter feeds and email tracking help <br /> provide additional avenues of communication management and deep integration with BING maps <br /> allows county staff to properly identify and tad important emergency mange sites, including shelters and <br /> road closings. Internal staff have access to details reports and dashboard to properly extract and present <br /> vital spend allocation information across several levels of funding from county funds and earned grants. <br /> Additional Microsoft Experience <br /> Aeon Nexus recently delivered a SharePoint and MS CRM solution at New York State Office of General <br /> Services (OGS) where we designed and implemented an innovative web portal for their Hourly-Based <br /> IT Services contract. This contact was awarded to twenty-five vendors and all Executive Agencies in <br /> NYS are required to use these vendors for HBITS work. OGS required a system and solution that could <br /> facilitate the bidding and awarding process. Our solution utilized their existing SharePoint 2010 <br /> environment and licenses, including Office 365 accounts and profiles.
