<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach | Invitation to Bid No. 15-05-01 17 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Bids For Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is sub mitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non- responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br />responsible and responsive Bidder whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br />represents the best values to the City in conformity with section 62 -8 of the City Code. <br /> <br />4.2 Qualifications <br /> <br />Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br />1. Bidder’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance <br />2. Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel <br />of subcontractors that will be assigned to this project and experience and <br />qualifications of subcontractors <br />3. Bidders approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation <br />4. Proposed solution functionality, implementation and other objectives and <br />requirements as stated <br />Price <br />5. Bidder’s proposed price <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 Minimum Requirements <br />In order to be considered responsive, Bidders shall, at a minimum, demonstrate <br />compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in their proposal. All <br />requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the Proposal to <br />confirm that the Bidder has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be <br />properly evaluated as listed herein. Bidders failing to meet these requirements <br />shall be deemed non responsive. The Bidder shall, at the time of Proposal <br />submittal, time of award, and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue <br />to meet the following Pre-qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the <br />Solicitation Documents. <br /> General Contractors License <br /> Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Similar Construction <br /> Meet minimum bonding and insurance requirements <br /> Licensed to perform scope of work within Florida
