<br />•HVAC design for a new (4) story Annex Building inclusive of a 5,000 SF Atrium. Building was designed with
<br />infrastructure in place to expand to (8) stories total.
<br />Volusia County Intermodal Facility Parking Structure – Daytona Beach, FL
<br />•HVAC design for a 56,000 SF parking garage space featuring a two-way traffic pattern with loading stops, a
<br />parking area for buses and an employee break room.
<br />Cape Coral City Hall Complex – Cape Coral, FL
<br />•HVAC design of a new 86,000 SF, two-story Government building including a 250-seat City Council Chamber.
<br />Ryder Center, Convocation Center/Arena, University of Miami - Coral Gables, FL
<br />•HVAC design of a new 167,665 SF, 9,200 seat convocation center/arena with 24 VIP luxury suites. This Facility
<br />included a Smoke Evacuation system design.
<br />Camana Bay (West Indian Club) – Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
<br />•Master Planning and Design Development of 255-acres Multi-use development, including Standalone Chiller
<br />Plants with full power generation. Construction Documents for Phase 1A with an estimated construction budget
<br />cost of U.S $550 million. Design included HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. The large capacity Chiller Plant for
<br />Phase 1A consists of (3) Cooling Towers with Condenser Water pumps, and (3) 700-Tons Water Cooled Chillers
<br />with Primary and Secondary Chilled Water Pumps and an underground chilled water piping loop.
<br />•Design planning for a new 75,000 SF Cayman International School
<br />Coral Gables Senior High School – Coral Gables, FL
<br />•Mechanical Engineer for design criteria package for an 830-student station addition. The project consisted of a 3-
<br />story classroom building.
<br />City of Coral Gables and Parking Garage – Coral Gables, FL
<br />•HVAC Design of a new 50,000 SF City Hall and Administration Building inclusive of a 375 car parking garage
<br />designed to harmonize with the existing historic City Hall structures.
<br />Doctor’s Charter School – Miami Shores, Florida
<br />•HVAC & Plumbing Design for 40,000 SF K-12 School Campus consisting of a 2-story classroom building and
<br />administration building and a multi-purpose/cafeteria building. The school required 180-tons of cooling capacity.
<br />An air cooled chilled water system was utilized to provide this capacity.
<br />Doral Senior High School (State School “FFF”) – El Doral, Florida
<br />•Mechanical Engineer for design criteria package and schematic design for this new high school on an undersized
<br />20-acre site. The project consisted of a multi-story building that incorporates the most current educational
<br />concept for a high school.
<br />Florida Christian School – Miami, Florida
<br />•Mechanical Engineer for an addition to provide a new Media Center, Choral Suite, Biology Lab, Computer Lab,
<br />and (8) high school classrooms.
<br />Miami Dade College – Miami, Florida
<br />•Renovation of HVAC systems for chemistry labs, performed load calculations and defined systems changes.
<br />•Retrofit of existing HVAC to conserve energy. Defined changes to replace existing constant volume system with
<br />variable air volume system.
<br />•Performed load calculations and defined HVAC systems for the new Humanities building
<br />Southwest Florida International Airport Terminal, Concourse and Parking Garage – Ft. Myers, FL
<br />•Engineer of Record and responsible for the HVAC design of a new 3-story 700,000 SF terminal building, three
<br />concourses, 28 gates and Central Chiller Plant (3600 tons, expanding to 7200 tons).
