An above ground parking garage will <br />accommodate 300 cars. Design elements also include a rooftop garden, <br />artwork, public transit shelters, fountains, street furniture and ornamental <br />paving. <br />This structure is the first phase in the City's master plan. The second phase <br />of the project, which will be taken up separately, will include the construction <br />to house an art museum and retail. <br /> <br /> <br />
