There is also a five-story enclosed precast <br />parking garage. A 13,500-square-foot auditorium, with a 63-foot clear span, <br />is on the ground floor of the city hall. <br />The structures for the city hall, museum and library, which total 250,000 <br />square feet, are of conventionally reinforced two-way flat slab construction to <br />achieve the maximum ceiling height, and still retain flexibility for future <br />interior design and room arrangement changes. <br />
