The building’s front façade has 20-foot <br />storefront glass to allow natural light to filter deeper into its interior spaces. <br />The building is designed on a shallow foundation system with isolated and <br />wall footings. The lateral systems use load bearing concrete masonry walls <br />and a reinforced concrete cast in place moment frame. The floor system is a <br />composite metal deck and concrete slab system on open web steel joist and <br />structural steel beams.
