118 City of Sunny Isles Beach New Facility Qualifications for Architectural Design Services <br />COMMERCIAL <br />MIAMI BEACH MULTI-PURPOSE PARKING FACILITY <br />The Miami Beach Multi-Purpose Parking Facility is an urban infill project located <br />next to the City Hall along Meridian Avenue. Our Landscape Master Plan links the <br />City Hall with the new facility and an existing ancillary office building along 17th <br />Street. These buildings form a corner open space at Meridian and 17th Street.
