Page 2 of 2  Boca Raton Resort and Club, Boca Beach Club Expansion, Boca Raton, FL.* Threshold inspection and structural construction administration services for the renovation and façade replacement for a seven-story, 300,000-square-foot hotel and addition of a new 200,000- square-foot expansion. Completed in 2009, the $200 million project transformed the 1970s beachfront property into a world-class resort complex. The new construction also includes a 750-space, four-story post- tensioned concrete garage topped by a rooftop plaza that serves as the resort’s main entrance.  U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Buchanan, Antilles Elementary School, Bayamon, PRI. Structural engineering and construction support services for a 155,000-square-foot, two-story school building. The building was designed to withstand small and large missile impacts from debris caused by hurricane force winds.  Miami Dade College, Parking Garage Collapse, Doral, FL. Investigation of cause and origin of the partial collapse of a six-story precast parking garage and assessment of the reparability of the remaining structure. Work included extensive site investigations and structural analysis.  University of North Florida, Wellness and Sports Education Center, Jacksonville, FL.* Structural design of a new 70,000-square-foot multi- story building, designed to meet LEED V3 Silver criteria. The facility houses classrooms, second-floor aerobics and weightlifting areas, a three-lane elevated running track that cantilevers over the second floor, a 32-foot rock climbing wall and two large column-free atriums. The $19.5 million project was completed in 2012.  Sun Life Stadium, Renovations, Miami Gardens, FL. Structural engineering services for major renovations at Sun Life Stadium to upgrade the facility into a world-class stadium. The renovations will be completed in two phases over a two year period and are focused on improving the fan experience. Project includes a long-span, cable- supported canopy that will extend over the seating to protect fans from the elements and a bowl reconfiguration that will move seats closer to the field and improve sightlines.  Baltimore Orioles’ Ed Smith Stadium, Sarasota, FL.* Structural construction administration for a $32 million expansion and renovation of a stadium and Major League clubhouse, completed in 2011. The project included a new three-story, 88,000-square-foot concourse that wraps around the existing facility and increases seating capacity by 1,000 seats.  JetBlue Park (Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facility), Fort Myers, FL.* Structural construction administration of an 11,000-seat ballpark and a two-story, 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. The ballpark features an elevated reinforced concrete suite level and a structural steel roof canopy that cantilevers 35 feet over the seating bowl. *Denotes work performed with previous employer.
