Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting April 16,2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> property and donation of the property in the south end. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Vice Mayor Gatto moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2406 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 10P. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.Approving a <br /> Donation of Transfer of Development Rights("TDRs") in the Amount of 80,000 Square <br /> Feet of Floor Area and 38 Dwelling Units to TRG Sunny Isles VII West, LLC and <br /> Providing for the Creation of a Private TDR Bank Account; Approving Assignment <br /> and Hold Harmless Agreements; Authorizing the Zoning Administrator to Withdraw <br /> and Assign 80,000 Square Feet of Floor Area and (five) 5 Dwelling Units to RDR <br /> Seashore,LLC from the Aforementioned Private TDR Bank Account for the Property <br /> Located at 18979 Collins Avenue; Authorizing the Adjustment and Modification of the <br /> Private TDR Bank Account; Providing the City Manager and the City Attorney with the <br /> Authority To Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an <br /> Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title,and Mayor Scholl clarified that instead of a building <br /> getting built on the south end of the City at the entrance to Arlen House and across from <br /> Trump 1. II. and III. which they can build a 77.000+ square foot building,that building ends <br /> up on top of the Armani building. This is the formal mechanism of actually transferring <br /> those TDRs from that donor site to the developer who is donating the site to the City. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2407 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 10Q. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida.Approving a <br /> Donation of Transfer of Development Rights("TDRs")in the Amount of 53,750 Square <br /> Feet of Floor Area and 25 Dwelling Units to Dezer Universal LLC, and Providing for <br /> the Creation of a Private TDR Bank Account; Approving Assignment and Hold <br /> Harmless Agreements; Authorizing the Zoning Administrator to Withdraw'and Assign <br /> 38,589 Square Feet of Floor Area and 18 Dwelling units to RDR Seashore, LLC from <br /> the Aforementioned Private TDR Bank Account for the Property Located at 18975 <br /> Collins Avenue; Authorizing the Adjustment and Modification of the Private TDR Bank <br /> Account; Providing the City Manager and the City Attorney with the Authority To Do All <br /> Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title,and Mayor Scholl reported that this is the same thing <br /> for the Alamo site. this is the west side TDRs that we are basically donating to the Dezer's. <br /> We are paying the Dezer's for a portion of the purchase price of that property. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Levin moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2408 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 35 <br />
