14 | <br /> <br />4.Extensive and relevant experience interfacing with federal agencies such as the Federal <br />Aviation Administration (F.A.A.), U.S. Department of Homeland Security / Customs and Border <br />Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Army Corps of Engineers <br />(USACE) and the U.S Coast Guard. <br />5.BEA is responsible for the successful design and delivery; within Program, Schedule and <br />Budget goals, of the Crandon Park / IMG Miami Open Tennis Center improvements,Cruise <br />Terminal 1 and Cruise Terminal 6 for Port Canaveral inclusive of the Parking Garage and <br />Intermodal facilities, multi-purpose facilities for Port Everglades terminal and the recent <br />completion of Master Planning services for expansion of existing cruise terminal facilities at Port <br />of Miami. <br />6.Thorough application of BIM, CAD, VISM, AutoTURN, and other visualization and through-put <br />assessment technologies, to value-engineer and produce unique design results with a keen <br />insight and analyses towards a successful project integration and coordination of all <br />architectural and engineering disciplines. <br />7.Application of LEED principles, to bring sustainability into the project within limitations imposed <br />by budget, schedule and operations. <br />8.Total commitment to City of Sunny Isles Beach project requirements, scope, schedule and <br />budget. <br />9.The firm is ready, willing and able to immediately go to work on all tasks associated with the <br />projects that the City of Sunny Isles Beach assigns to BEA.
