<br /> <br /> <br />STEVE SAMENSKI, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, BEMP <br />Commissioning Project Engineer <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Steve has 26 years of experience and has performed engineering in a wide <br />variety of environments --from theme parks to oil refineries, multi-story <br />condominiums to educational facilities --always with the goal of making the <br />finished product perform better. His 22 years of construction and systems <br />testing experience have given him comprehensive knowledge of how buildings <br />function and how they fail to function. Cx <br />scope included solar hot water and solar photovoltaic systems. <br />•Melreese Golf Training Center, Miami, Florida <br />Fundamental commissioning services for 5,500 ft2 training facility. <br />Achieved LEED Gold Certification. <br />•Palm Beach State College –Public Safety Training Center, Lake <br />Worth, Florida <br />Commissioning of the new three-story classroom building housing Criminal <br />Justice, Fire Academy and CSI unit. $12 million/ 107,638 sf <br />•Miami Art Museum, Miami, Florida <br />Commissioning, peer review and facilities consulting services for the new, <br />2-story art and exhibit museum/125,000 sf/$30 million <br />•Broward County Courthouse, Ft.
