<br />Ramos, AIA, LEED AP is the Principal-in-Charge and a leading
<br />architect in the design and construction of South Florida civic
<br />buildings and port facilities. He founded BEA and has taken it to
<br />the top ten in volume of work for the region (S. Florida Business
<br />Journal). Mr. Ramos’ over 20 years of experience gives him the
<br />diversified background and leadership expertise that ensures
<br />uncompromising professional service. His creations emphasize
<br />service to employees, management and visitors, input often
<br />gathered through community outreach. His work has extended
<br />to community centers, city halls, passenger terminals, park
<br />accommodations, fitness centers, schools and resort master plans.

<br />account as the Principal-in-Charge/Project Manager.
<br />Our Team
<br />At BEA architects Inc., the core group of Principals and Associates
<br />take an active, hands-on role with each project, regardless of
<br />size, and are involved in every aspect of the design process from
<br />conceptualization to owner occupancy. Our design approach is
<br />collaborative in nature; working closely with clients, other team
<br />members and interest groups to find the most adequate alternative
<br />to a particular challenge. Through our collaborative design approach
<br />we arrive at solutions that take into account many influences
<br />resulting in designs that are not pre-established but rather evolve
<br />during the design process. Bruno Ramos shall direct the A/E team;
<br />at his side Jose Jorge “JJ” Fernandez will be managing the day to
<br />day project matters. Bruno and Jose have worked together in more
<br />than a dozen projects including the City of Miami Beach Bandshell
<br />Renovation and the FIU Football Stadium, a $49,000,000 facility
<br />completed in 2008. For the project’s scope of work, BEA architects,
<br />Inc. will be assisted by Camero and Associates providing Civil
<br />Engineering services, Laura Llerena and Associates providing
<br />Landscape Architecture services, The Spinnaker Group providing
<br />LEED Consulting services, and TLC Engineering for Architecture
<br />providing M.E.P., Structural Engineering, Fire Protection, and
<br />Communication & Technology services. BEA and these team
<br />members have worked on many public projects during the last
<br />decade. We are a consolidated group of professionals with an
<br />impeccable track record of project delivery.

<br />We have many years of successful experience in architectural
<br />and engineering contracts for public agencies and institutions in
<br />South Florida including: City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County
<br />Parks and Recreations Department, City of Miami Gardens, Miami
<br />Seaport Authority, City of Palm Beach and City of North Miami.
<br />We understand that under this contract type a variety of tasks are
<br />commissioned and the selected architect must be versatile and
<br />have the skills to design a variety of projects such as Community
<br />Centers, Wellness Centers, Libraries, Park and Recreational
<br />Facilities, ADA retrofits and Code Upgrades. At BEA we have
<br />built an excellent reputation for timely and quality delivery. This
<br />experience is invaluable in providing efficient project services to
