RFQ No. 15 -04 -01 <br />In addition to Sol -ARCH being a qualified architectural firm, Dulce Conde owner and the firm qualifier <br />has over 10 years experience working in the building and zoning department of the City of Coral Gables. <br />For three years she worked as a permit clerk followed by seven years as a zoning technician. Her <br />expertise in civic and governmental offices stem from being an end user for over 10 years. She not only <br />understands the day to day interdepartmental relationships but she has experienced how the customer <br />uses these types of facilities.
