<br />Professional Design Experience
<br />Dulce Conde has over 28 years of experience with 11 of those years in private practice. As a registered
<br />architect Mrs. Conde has been involved in the design and project management of numerous projects
<br />ranging from school facilities to cruise terminals, luxury mixed - use /residential developments and retail
<br />facilities within the United States, Europe and South America. Many of these projects have earned
<br />design awards from local and national organizations. Her expertise lies in being able to understand her
<br />client's needs and translating them into design solutions that have surpassing the client's expectations.
<br />Mrs. Conde worked ten years with the City of Coral Gables Building and Zoning Department as a zoning
<br />technician reviewing commercial /mix -use high rise projects. Her ten year involvement with the City of
<br />Coral Gables Building and Zoning Department provides her knowledge and expertise that will ensure
<br />accurate review of architectural plans for single family homes for compliance with the Beach Property
<br />Owners Design Manual for the Ocean, North Beach and Seagate Overlay Districts.
