Born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents, he <br />received his Bachelor of Design in Architectural Studies and a Masters in Architecture from Florida International <br />University. While attending F.I.U. he assisted the ATD (Advance Technology Department) by giving lectures on <br />advanced techniques in a virtual environment. He also wrote the course workbook for the advanced modeling <br />and lighting courses. This knowledge would serve as a valuable catalyst in launching Sol -ARCH. Under his <br />direction, Sol -ARCH has grown into Miami's premier design & visualization studio. Today Sol -ARCH offers <br />architectural design, planning, interior design, programming /space analysis, renderings, animations and scale <br />models. He oversees the overall operations with a focus on financing and marketing. He is experienced in <br />planning and designing projects ranging from mix -use commercial, lower and higher education, low, mid and <br />high -rise luxury residential condominiums, office towers, hotels, automobile dealerships and single family <br />residences. He oversees each project from schematic design to construction administration and remains involved <br />until completion.
