<br />Brickell East Gym, Miami, Florida - Designer /project manager, as well as construction administration, on a new
<br />gym and pool deck that required the City of Miami's architectural review board approval.
<br />Plaza San Remo Medical Suites, Coral Gables, Florida - Designer /project manager, as well as construction
<br />administration, on 3 private build outs that were 1,800 s.t. each.
<br />Bulgari, Miami, Florida - Designer /project manager on a new 6,500 s.f. retail store.
<br />Lucky 7, LLC, Miami Lakes, Florida - Designer /project manager in charge of the remodeling of a strip center
<br />after a fire (food shop, beauty salon, and hobby store).
<br />MIA Edge Beam, Miami, Florida - Project manager involved in identifying problems with the beam, preparing
<br />repair documents, pre bid and bidding meeting and construction management for repair of Edge Beam
<br />Terminal F, G and H that were approximately 1,000 s.f.
<br />Tamiami Airport, Miami, Florida - Project manager involved in the design, construction documents and
<br />construction management for restoration because of damage caused by a hurricane for building 221 and 24
<br />that were approximately 13,000 s.f. each.
<br />Staples, Miami, Florida - Designer /project manager and visualization, as well as construction administration, on
<br />a 20,3000 s.f. new Staples building that was ranked LEED Gold.
<br />Hyatt Place, Miami, Florida- Designer involved in the due diligence, feasibility, marketing, programming,
<br />master planning and design of a 10- story, 220 -room hotel and 5 -story 250 -car parking garage designed to
<br />house a business hotel with an extended stay component. There is a second parcel of land as part of the
<br />overall project design that is comprised of a 70 -unit luxury residential tower of 15- stories including parking
<br />garage.
<br />St. Regis Hotel and Residence, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - Designer involved in the planning, design, design -
<br />development and client relations of a 325,000 s.f. 213 key hotel and 20 condominium units.
<br />B &B Restaurant, Mary Brickell Village, Miami, Florida - Project architect on a team involved in the planning,
<br />design, interior design and programming, design - development, construction documentation and
<br />construction supervision of a 5,169 s.t. remodeling with addition of a Beer and Burger Joint restaurant.
