Donata A Williams, P.E., LEED AP Vice President, Director of Engineering Ms. Williams is a Structural Engineer with more than 13 years of experience of analysis, design and managing construction of various types of structures for the governmental, commercial, aviation, educational and residential sectors. She utilized various computer aided analysis and design tools such as Ram Structural System, Ram Concept, Ram Advance, Adapt, PCA Walls, and AutoCAD. She has also been trained in Revit Structure 2012. Ms. Williams is a LEED Accredited Professional who worked on one of the first LEED certified buildings in Florida. She has worked on several other buildings that have completed construction and are pursuing LEED certification and is currently involved in two other LEED projects. Ms. Williams was one of the first 3 people in the state of Florida to receive her CM -BIM certification. Ms. Williams is the Pricipal for S & F Engineers, Inc. Her responsibilities include project management, office standards, quality control of engineering products and marketing. RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE Ravenswood Bus Maintenance Facility with ACAI Associates, Inc. Ms. Williams is project manager for this $32 million BIM project that in- cludes a replacement bus maintenance facility, 3 -story parking garage, and operations facility for Broward County. The maintenance facility will be constructed with tilt -up bearing walls with interior steel columns and a steel framed roof. Te parking garage and operations facility will be constructed with precast columns, precast double tees, precast T beams, precast pan- els, and precast shear walls. The project is currently under construction. Terminal 4 Concourse Replacement I Western Expansion Fort Lauder- dale /Hollywood International Airport Ms. Williams is serving as the structural engineering project manager for the $90 million, phase 1 work for the concourse replacement of Terminal 4 as part of the airport's expansion program. The project includes a connector bridge between existing Terminal 3 and the new 6 gate international con- course with 4 story offices for the Broward Aviation Department. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2015. She also designed and managed several enabling projects at the existing Termi- nal 4 and Terminal 3, including relocation of the security checkpoint, bag- gage handling system replacement and food court replacement. Terminal 4 Concourse Replacement I Eastern Expansion Fort Lauder- dale /Hollywood International Airport Ms. Williams served as the lead design engineer and project manager for this two phase construction project that is expected to cost over $100 million. The project will add eight new international gates, offices for the aviation department and FIS corridors and screening facility. The existing concourse will be in operation during the first phase of this project and will be demolished before the second phase. The requirements to keep the busy airport in continuous operation greatly added to the complexity to the design.
