The firm has also provided commissioning services on more <br />than 500 million square feet of buildings. Joe has over 10 years of mechanical design experience <br />and construction administration experience to back up his 3+ years of Commissioning experience. <br />His experience includes commissioning many complex HVAC systems, HVAC and lighting <br />controls, as well as renewable energy systems and water cisterns. He also has over 7 years of <br />energy modeling experience and has modeled dozens of complex buildings and systems for <br />LEED certifications. The models are also used to assist the owner and design team in making <br />early design decisions. He is proficient with numerous energy modeling software platforms <br />including; Carrier HAP, eQuest, Trane Trace, Energy Plus, FLACOM Energy Gauge, and Visual <br />DOE. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Grove at Grand Bay Condominiums: The Spinnaker Group is providing LEED Consulting, <br />Building Commissioning and Energy Modeling for this 500,000 square foot, $100 million dollar <br />luxury condominium which is pursuing LEED Gold Certification, designed by B.I.G. Architects. <br />Miami Design District - Miami, FL: TSG provided LEED Consulting, Building Commissioning <br />and Energy Modeling for this 50,000 square feet, $15.5 million dollar multi - purpose center in <br />Broward County which achieved LEED Silver Certification. <br />One Plantation Apartments - Plantation, FL: TSG provided LEED Consulting, Building <br />Commissioning and Energy Modeling for this twin tower, residential condo building and full - <br />amenity club house, which received LEED Certification. <br />West Palm Beach Convention Center Hotel: The Spinnaker Group is providing LEED <br />Consulting, Energy Modeling & Building Commissioning for this 300,000 square feet, 400 key <br />hotel, plus 2 -stor parking garage with 400 spaces. <br />Nova Southeastern University Center for Collaborative Research: The Spinnaker Group <br />provided LEED Consulting and Building Commissioning for this 55,500,000 square foot research <br />facility for Nova Southeastern University. The project received LEED Silver Certification with a <br />total project budget of $23 million dollars. <br />University of Miami Frost School of Music: The Spinnaker Group is providing LEED Consulting <br />and Building Commissioning for the University of Miami Frost School of Music project, totaling <br />over 40,000 square feet of building with a total budget of $19.5 million dollars. <br />Aventura Optima Plaza: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting, Building <br />Commissioning and Energy Modeling services for this 50,000 square foot Class A -Office and <br />Medical development which earned LEED Platinum certification. <br />
